Pagani's tortellini and ravioli are made using high quality, absolutely OGM free, natural raw materials, and are produced following a strict HACCP plan which guarantees healthiness without compromising the richness of the stuffing, always tasty and evenly cooked.

The 12-month shelf life is achieved without the use of preservatives but only thanks to a dehydration process.

All products have a high quality/price ratio, part of which is due to the excellent cooking yield at the end of which, their size increases by almost three times the original

 

Meat Tortellini

A stuffing of various types of meat and spices is wrapped into a puff pastry of hard wheat bran and egg pasta, following an old traditional recipe, improved today by PAGANI.

Half-moon Ravioli with meat stuffing

A classic variation of ravioli. The special Half-moon shape is a pleasure for the eye and the mouth. Perfect with melted butter and sage.

Ravioletti with meat stuffing

A classic variation of stuffed pasta. The different shape and ratio between pasta and stuffing give the ravioletti a different taste. Perfect with broth.

“Tricolore” Tortellini with meat stuffing

A modern variation to the traditional Tortellini achieved through a pleasant mixture of "natural colours": traditional Tortellino yellow, the red puff pastry added with tomato, the green puff pastry added with spinach.

Tortellini with cheese stuffing

A rich but delicate taste in this tasty product by PAGANI. Inside the hard wheat bran egg puff pastry, the traditional meat stuffing is replaced by a mixture in which parmesan cheese is king.
