Pagani's tortellini and ravioli are made using high quality,
absolutely OGM free, natural raw materials, and are produced
following a strict HACCP plan which guarantees healthiness without
compromising the richness of the stuffing, always tasty and evenly
cooked.
The 12-month shelf life is achieved without the use of
preservatives but only thanks to a dehydration process.
All products have a high quality/price ratio, part of which is due
to the excellent cooking yield at the end of which, their size
increases by almost three times the original
Meat Tortellini
A stuffing of various types of meat and spices is wrapped into a
puff pastry of hard wheat bran and egg pasta, following an old
traditional recipe, improved today by PAGANI.
Half-moon Ravioli with meat stuffing
