Pagani Gnocchi contain 80% of mashed potatoes, against 70% of most of the competitors: in fact, a higher content of potatoes processed directly on the farm is used in the production process, which also makes our Gnocchi more “yellow”. The special processing of the hot dough allows the Gnocchi to be softer and more consistent, not to stick to each other and to have an excellent cooking yield. Available in 500 g trays, Pagani Gnocchi can be stored out of the fridge for 12 months and are ready in just 2 minutes.
