For over 90 years our company – which is located in Vimercate, on the north-eastern outskirts of Milan – has successfully specialized in the production of dried filled pasta (tortellini and ravioli).

In our stuffed pasta – prepared with the most modern systems and in a state-of-the-art production facility, but still according to ancient traditional recipes – the exquisite gastronomic specialties of the cuisine of the past come to life.
With a particular natural dehydration process, our company ensures excellent product storage at room temperature for 12 months. Tortellini and Pagani Ravioli have an exceptional cooking yield, increasing their volume by almost 3 times.

Market leader, Pagani offers considerable flexibility and adaptability to meet customer needs. Our company is able to produce tortellini and ravioli with different recipes, with 100% recyclable customized packaging, thanks to a completely natural production process which does not use preservatives or palm oil.
For years, Pagani has regularly obtained important certifications relating to product quality and production system safety (IFS, BRC), with excellent evaluations.

For years, Pagani has been operating with particular attention to social responsibility.

We have chosen to be totally palm oil free: our products do not contain palm oil.

Our packaging is 100% recyclable and the cases we use are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, i.e. they have been made with raw materials deriving from correctly managed forests.

We collaborate with the Banco Alimentare Foundation, to which we donate our finished products that are still edible, but can no longer be marketed for commercial reasons. The Banco Alimentare Foundation then redistributes them to needy people.
