Company
Our company, located in Vimercate, just a few kilometers from Milan, has specialized for decades in the production of long-shelf-life tortellini and ravioli.
We prepare our filled pasta in a state-of-the-art production facility, combining modern technologies with ancient traditional recipes. Thanks to a traditional low-temperature drying process that does not employ preservatives, our company ensures excellent product preservation at room temperature for up to one year. Pagani Tortellini and Ravioli offer an exceptional cooking yield, increasing their volume by nearly three times.
We also produce for other food companies and private labels of retailers, offering a catalog of various fillings.
Pagani holds prestigious quality certifications (IFS, BRC) and social compliance certifications (SMETA 4 Pillars), regularly obtained with excellent evaluations.
The Pagani and Gran Menù brands are recognized as “historical trademarks of national interest” by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
