Company

Our company – which is located in Vimercate, on the north-eastern outskirts of Milan – has successfully specialized for decades in the production of dried filled pasta (tortellini and ravioli).

In our stuffed pasta – prepared with the most modern systems and in a state-of-the-art production facility, but still according to ancient traditional recipes – the exquisite gastronomic specialties of the cuisine of the past come to life. Thanks to a traditional and low temperature drying process which does not employ preservatives, our company ensures excellent product storage at room temperature for 12 months. Tortellini and Pagani Ravioli have an exceptional cooking yield, increasing their volume by almost 3 times.

Market leader, Pagani offers considerable flexibility and adaptability to meet customer needs. Our company is able to produce tortellini and ravioli with different palm oil free recipes, with recyclable customized packaging. For years, Pagani has regularly obtained important certifications relating to product quality and production system safety (IFS, BRC) and social compliance (SMETA 4 Pillars), with excellent evaluations.

Sustainability

NO PALM OIL

We have chosen to be totally palm oil free: our products do not contain palm oil.

PACKAGING

Our packaging is recyclable and the cases we use are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, i.e. they have been made with raw materials deriving from correctly managed forests.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY

We collaborate with the Banco Alimentare Foundation, to which we donate our finished products that are still edible, but can no longer be marketed for commercial reasons. The Banco Alimentare Foundation then redistributes them to needy people.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

As part of an ever greater commitment to environmental sustainability, our company has equipped itself with a photovoltaic system for the self-production of part of its energy needs. Read more.
